Sherry has extensive experience in analyzing management information system needs, leading the hardware and software selection process, and planning and managing the implementation process. Mrs. Kosanovich has specific knowledge of the informational needs for nonprofit organizations, manufacturers, and small businesses and has consulted on the industry leading software applications for each of these entities.

John Berk, President

Mr. Berk has over 30 years of managerial and consulting experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and operations. He has successfully guided over 200 companies through the ISO 9000, AS 9100, and TS 16949 registration process and has performed numerous registration audits for Registrars. Mr. Berk has led process improvement initiatives and corporate turnarounds in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and professional services. He has served on the adjunct faculties of Penn State University and the Keller Graduate School of Business, where he taught courses in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, leadership, and management, and has written and lectured extensively on those subjects. He currently lectures at UPJ, The Allegany College of Maryland, and Penn State University.
